Artists - Booth Display Information

  • Each space is measured to accomodate a 10’ X 10’ canopy structure. The artist’s display, including booth and viewing bins, must be contained within this space.
  • The work of only one exhibitor may be displayed in each assigned space. Only the type of art presented for jury, can be sold.
  • If your booth is in a residential area, please keep the sidewalk open and stay off the lawns. If you are in a business area, please keep the sidewalk open to permit access to the business entrances.
  • A double booth space can be requested for an additional $160, but the number of these are limited. We will do our best to accommodate double booth requests, however we do not make guarantees.
  • Booth assignments are made based on special requests and availability of open spaces. Because many artists make similar space location requests, we cannot guarantee your first choice.
  • Booths must be securely anchored to avoid personal liability due to any damages that might be incurred. All booths are required to have appropriate weights applied to canopy.
  • Jefferson Street will be closed to traffic Friday and Saturday nights and booths may be left in place overnight. Be advised that the village of Spring Green, the Art Fair Committee, its sponsoring organization, or any individual of business shall not be responsible in any respect whatsoever for the safety or security of any booth or any other item of property left overnight or for damages resulting from the actions of other fair participants. You assume all liability for your property.
